The black, country cottage lantern features a motion-activated nighttime lighting system with a patented Heath Zenith technology. This technology provides energy-saving, dual-level lighting that operates at half power until motion is detected, then switches to full power.
When motion is detected, the lantern provides soft accent lighting at dusk. The light will then automatically switch to full bright lighting for a pre-selected amount of time (1, 5, or 10 minutes) before returning to the accent mode at 50% power. The accent lighting will begin at dusk and can be pre-selected to stay on for 3 hours, 6 hours, or until dawn.
The lantern can detect motion up to 30 feet away and has a clear, beveled glass design. It uses a single 100-watt maximum medium base incandescent bulb (not included) and has a die-cast construction with a weather-resistant finish. The lantern has a 180-degree motion sensor and is ENERGY STAR certified, with a 2-year warranty.
Measuring 6" W x 8.5" D x 17.375" H, this country cottage lantern was manufactured in China and offers a unique combination of motion-activated lighting and energy-efficient operation.
